Seven Keys to Activate Happiness on the International Day of Happiness

Happiness is elusive when you focus on everything that makes you unhappy, says happiness expert Erica Glessing. When you focus on joy, joy expands in your life. Here are seven steps to release blocks and activate your happiness on the International Day of Happiness, with help from experts on the new Happiness Telesummit.

Happiness is elusive when you focus on everything that makes you unhappy, says Erica Glessing, host of the 2015 Happiness Telesummit starting on March 20, 2015, the International Day of Happiness. Glessing shares some of the happiness tools shared by more than 36 global happiness experts including Marci Shimoff, New York Times bestselling author of “Happy for No Reason.” These interviews are all free to the public and available for listening starting March 20, 2015.

“Happiness is a choice, and I know that sounds too easy,” says Glessing, the CEO of Happy Publishing, the author of “Happiness Quotations,” the book, and the host of the 2015 Happiness Telesummit. The experts delve into body happiness, money happiness, relationship happiness, happiness after experiencing abuse, and activation of happiness for no reason at all. “So here are steps that you can take, right now, to feel better and experience more happiness.”

"Release judgments others have about you. This can shift your experience immediately into much greater happiness," says Erica Glessing, host of the 2015 Happiness Telesummit

·        Recognize and release any thoughts that are not your own. The old saying “Don’t Borrow Trouble,” is more true than you might imagine.

·        Release judgments others have about you. When you understand that someone else’s judgments are just their point of view, this can shift your experience into much greater happiness.

·        Trust miracles to show up. Ask miracles to show up.

·        When a miracle or any unexpected experience of good news shows up, celebrate it about 100 percent more than the occasion may technically warrant.

·        Be compassionate to yourself when you are experiencing life changes.

·        If you know someone who is determined to be unhappy, let them.

·        Focus on one bright light in your life, and let those feelings expand.

The speakers on the 2015 Happiness Telesummit teach myriad approaches to happiness, and each interview is designed to activate the awareness of happiness within the listener. For example, Dr. Lisa Cooney, of San Rafael, California, shows listeners how to experience more happiness by breaking free of the chains of abuse.  "Happiness is infinitely possible, you can begin by going back and remembering a time when you did feel happiness," says Cooney. "Some people just think about times when things went wrong." Many of the speakers teach tools from the practices of Access Consciousness®.

This is the third Happiness Telesummit produced by Glessing. Many of the speakers on the Happiness Telesummit are featured authors in the 2015 book “The Energy of Happiness,” published by Happy Publishing in January. Listen to sneak previews now at www.HappinessTelesummit.com
